Have you lost something on one of our buses?

Then look for your item below among our lost property. If your item is still not listed after a week, then unfortunately we have not found it. If your lost item is listed, please let us know as soon as possible!

By answering a few questions, we can be sure that it belongs to you. Then it's easy: you can pick up your lost item at our service shop at Almere Centrum station.

It is not possible to receive compensation if you have lost an item or valuables at the station or on a bus or train. Keolis Nederland and allGo are not liable for this.

We try to give items that have not been collected after three months a second life as much as possible. That's sustainable!

Items with a value exceeding €450 will be stored for one year. See also the general terms and conditions for city and regional transport, chapter 5.
