Did you forget to check out with your payment card or OV-pas? It can happen. That's why you can request a refund of your balance in a few simple steps on the website www.ovpay.nl. You can request a refund in the following situations:

  • Forgot to check out.
  • Checked in with the wrong transport company.
  • Check-in/check-out poles on the platform are broken. Could not check out.
  • Check-in/check-out poles in the bus are broken. Could not check out.

Do you have an OV-chipkaart? Then you already know that you have to check in and out for every journey. But everyone misses a check-out now and then. That's why there's the website www.uitcheckgemist.nl, where you can request a refund of your balance in three simple steps. You can request a refund in the following situations:

  • Forgot to check out.
  • Checked in with the wrong transport company.
  • OV-chipkaart check-in/check-out terminals on the platform are broken. Could not check out.
  • OV-chipkaart check-in/check-out terminals on the bus are broken. Could not check out.

Go to the allGo webshop and log in to your My Keolis account. You will find your subscription under the My Products tab. You can cancel your subscription up to 3 months in advance.

There are several ways to purchase our tickets:

  1. Subscriptions via our webshop. You can add a subscription to your payment card or OV-pas. You can purchase an OV-pas in the OVpay app, on the OVpay website, or at our service shop at Almere Centrum station.

  2. At the service shop in Almere, located at Almere Centrum station.

  3. Simply check in and out with your debit or credit card. You don't need to register first. You can also use the debit card on your mobile phone. At the end of the day, your travel costs will be debited in one go. Want to know more? Visit ovpay.nl.

  4. Purchase an e-ticket for your journey in a travel app such as 9292.

Check in and out easily with your debit card!

Throughout the Netherlands you can now check in and out with your debit card (OVpay). You check in with your contactless debit card, credit card or your payment app on your mobile phone. And of course you check out again with the same card.  Pre-registration or downloading an app is not necessary.
